The fabric is cut mostly on the bias and I love the way the top portion buttons. The waist nips in and there are attached ties to cinch it further. The skirt is full and swingy and there are huge top set pockets on each hip. The fabric is a cotton linen mix with the texture and look of a fine linen. All hand finished. There are a couple of small repairs tiny near the top of the zipper. The belt is attached. The buttons are original and have teeny chips on their edges.
